Shipping Policy

All of our parcels are shipped by our chosen carrier, Canada Post. All express and priority parcels are shipped and delivered by Canada Post. Standard shipping options are delivered by Canada Post. 

Grass Inbox is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments. If a parcel is considered lost or damaged please contact us within 10 days from the last scanned date.

Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender.

Grass Inbox is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages; and any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender.

Grass Inbox has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost parcels or parcels returned back to the fulfillment facility.

All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed
